NTA to brief domestic and international Construction Sector on Sustainable Transport Plans
The NTA would like to invite you to a virtual event to share upcoming opportunities for contractors and consultants in Irish transport infrastructure development and delivery. The 2021-2030 National Development Plan sets out an ambitious plan to invest €165 billion in the country’s infrastructure. A capital investment of €35 billion is allocated for transport to 2030 to enhance public transport, active travel and connectivity of communities, making it the largest commitment to the sector in the country’s history.
The event will introduce you to the key clients responsible for delivering some of the nation’s largest programmes with multi-billion euro opportunities depending on the scheme. We will be welcoming Ireland’s Minister for Transport and the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications Eamon Ryan to make opening remarks and Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform Paschal Donohoe to present Ireland’s National Development Plan, which is led by his department.
